They were severely understaffed, and the service was terrible and very unfriendly. They also had a Fatburger, which looked like it had been closed for quite some time. They had a small cafe, a poorly run deli with very little food and coffee options, and a Panda Express. Their choice of restaurants was also extremely limited.
Turns out the water was too cold to actually swim and the pool was full of leaves. My wife called ahead and asked if the outdoor pool was heated, and they assured her that it was. Although the actual hotel and rooms were nice and fairly clean, that's about all I can say that was positive. Usually we are at least satisfied with these type of facilities and often pleasantly surprised, however this was one of the worst in those terms. We travel across the US and often stay at Indian Casino/Hotels for the amenities like restaurants, bars, gambling, etc.
